Ensuring the utmost security and safety of CARASUC delegates, the 1st Apayao Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC) and Municipal Police have deployed personnel to eight designated billeting schools from April 27 to May 3, 2024, in Luna, Apayao. With round-the-clock patrols and stringent security measures, they aim to deter potential threats and ensure a peaceful event. Police Staff Sergeant Regaan R. Domingo highlighted the continuous patrols along the perimeter and within the billeting facilities, strict curfew implementation, and close coordination with CARASUC facilitators for seamless security operations.
